By accessing or using VectorBridge Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected security issues.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or overload the platform.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or quotas.
4. Course Access and License
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal or organizational use, as applicable. Content may not be redistributed.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Refunds are available within 14 days for courses under 20% progress, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or certification results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorBridge Cloud and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
